Free Trial and Refund Policies
Free Trial Policy
- The 7-day trial is 100% free. ("trial")
- A valid credit card is required for the trial.
- The trial will auto-downgrade into a free subscription on day 7 unless it is upgraded to a paid subscription.
- You can easily upgrade or cancel your trial by logging into your account dashboard here and clicking on the "Subscription" tab.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for any charges incurred. All initial subscription charges and subsequent renewals are considered final.
To avoid continued billing each month, you must proactively cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal and corresponding charges. Monthly charges will persist until cancellation is completed.
We offer only two (2) acceptable methods for cancellation:
- Logging in to your account dashboard here and clicking on the "Cancel now" button. The Cancellation screen provides a simple cancellation button that will immediately cancel your service in real-time; or
- Sending an email to help@scanz.com with a cancellation request. If you choose this option, you must retain a copy of the email as proof or request. If Scanz is unable to locate your email request in our records and you do not have a copy of the email as proof (screenshot is fine), it will be deemed that no email cancellation request was ever made.
It's important to understand that activating a subscription incurs immediate costs for Scanz, making us unable to provide refunds. All sales are final.
We will not accept refund requests based on the following:
- Forgetting to cancel
- Claims of unsuccessful cancellation attempts
- Being unaware of automatic monthly billing
