Terms and conditions for the Scanz Affiliate Program
Thank you for your interest in the Scanz Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Program Overview
The Scanz Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to Scanz. Affiliates receive unique tracking links to promote Scanz products and services, and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions based on standard affiliate program terms. Commission rates vary depending on the subscription plan purchased by referred customers. All commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after any applicable taxes, refunds, or chargebacks.
Commissions are earned only on the first qualifying purchase made by a referred customer. Recurring subscription payments do not generate additional commissions unless otherwise specified in your affiliate agreement.
Payment Terms
Commission payments are processed monthly, subject to a minimum payment threshold. Payments are typically made within 30-45 days after the end of each calendar month, provided the minimum threshold has been met and there are no outstanding issues with referred sales.
Affiliates must provide valid payment information and tax documentation as required. Scanz reserves the right to withhold payments pending verification of sales or investigation of suspicious activity.
Cookie Duration
Affiliate tracking cookies are valid for 30 days from the initial click. If a referred visitor makes a purchase within this 30-day period, you will receive credit for the sale.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must accurately represent Scanz products and services. You may use Scanz marketing materials and branding as provided, but may not modify them without permission. All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including proper disclosure of affiliate relationships.
Affiliates are encouraged to create honest, authentic content that provides value to their audience. Misleading claims, false advertising, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program:
- Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate links
- Fraudulent transactions or artificially inflating sales numbers
- Trademark or brand bidding on paid search campaigns
- Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
- Cookie stuffing or other manipulative tracking techniques
- Impersonating Scanz or claiming an official relationship without authorization
- Promoting Scanz on websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
Refunds and Chargebacks
If a referred customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback, any commissions earned from that sale will be deducted from your account. Excessive refund or chargeback rates may result in account review or termination.
Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Scanz reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions that meet the minimum threshold will be paid according to normal payment schedules, unless the termination is due to fraud or policy violations.
Changes to Terms
Scanz reserves the right to modify these affiliate terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
